AI Baby Nursing Robot

Jan 24 to Mar 24

An automated baby rocker designed to classify baby cries and respond to their needs. It also monitors environmental factors such as gas leakage, smoke, temperature, humidity, and CO levels to enhance home safety. (Partial Contribution)

My Contribution: After developing the rocker and setting up the software on a Raspberry Pi, the system encountered wireless communication failures. To resolve this, I introduced a master-slave communication protocol using Arduino, enabling seamless interaction between the rocker’s hardware, software components, and the Raspberry Pi’s machine learning model. This solution effectively bridged the communication gap, ensuring reliable data exchange. Access the full implementation on GitHub.

Universal Security Circuit with Industrial Packaging

Jul 23 to Aug 23

This device enables industrial to offer trial run of their hardware. Also, it will enhance the EMI system. This circuit uses security system, using the security password the customer can start the machine. There we use three passwords, two for 15 days trial run. And, one for pro-password, using this the device will run forever.

Production Debugger Circuit

Sep 23 to Oct 23

This Project was did for the industrial solution purpose...
Problem Statement: In the subjected factory, they use two production lines of cement bag packing. But these lines are not synchronously perform their task. That causes the bag overlapping on the conveyor belt. Also, they want to count the total number number of bag.
